The hits keep on coming. The Russell 2000 small caps print a new all-time record closing high at 1302.14 but the all time high from yesterday remains at 1306.56, nearly 1307. RUT 1300+. The Trump Rally has created new record highs for the Dow Jones Industrials and the Russell 2000. The SPX (S&P 500) is only 10 points away from all-time records. The low CPCE put/call ratio, however, indicates rampant market complacency so a near-term top would be expected at anytime forward.
